Through children’s books, school visits, and industry outreach, she works to break down unconscious bias and inspire the next generation of leaders in STEM and mission-critical fields.

Kendi is an operations expert who focuses on solving growing pains for businesses. She brings proven results from her experience as a tech executive where she excelled in building scalable operations to handle exponential growth. After her time in the startup world, Kendi founded her own company, Coati Consulting, which does the heavy lifting in building operations for businesses looking to reach their next level.
